Ovita has a Board comprised of representatives from AgResearch and Beef + Lamb New Zealand, with an independent Chair.  Ovita is managed by a Consortium Manager who implements decisions made by the Board.

Eleanor's role at Ovita is to identify, analyse and advise on research and development needs in the sheep industry. Her work involves developing and maintaining networks with industry, research providers and research funding organisations, commercialisers, universities, consortium members, processing companies, farmer groups and agribusiness sectors.
